Payment method verification depends on the deposit methods you used to top-up your account.
Please note that payment verification can take up to 1 hour. However, it usually takes much less, ranging from 10 to 15 minutes.
Bank cards
Bank cards include both debit and credit cards. We accept both physical and virtual cards.
Physical cards
Upload the bank card(s) from both sides:
- Cover your security code CVV/CVC.
- Your full name, expiry date, and first six and last four digits of the bank card must be visible.
- The bank card mustn't be expired.
- All four corners must be visible on the photo
- The photos must be of good quality. Please avoid blur and glare.
Virtual cards
If you only have a virtual card, you can provide a card statement where personal details are visible. Generally, the following information must be visible:
- Full name (name, last name).
- The card's expiry date.
- The card's first six and last four digits.
However, sometimes, a card statement is unavailable due to bank/e-wallet limitations. In these cases, a simple screenshot of the card can suffice. Please cover all unnecessary information, such as middle digits and a CVV/CVC code.
Revolut
To verify the Revolut virtual card, only card statements in PDF format or physical card photos can be accepted. Virtual card screenshots cannot be accepted.
A card statement in PDF format and physical card photos from both sides must show the following details:
- First six and last four digits.
- Full name (name, last name).
- Expiry date.
To upload a card statement in the Revolut mobile app:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Select Documents & statements.
- Choose General.
- Select Card confirmation.
- Download the PDF document.
Wise
To verify your Wise account, a screenshot is required containing the following information:
- First six and last four digits.
- Full name (name, last name).
- Expiry date.
To take a screenshot with the required virtual card details, log in to the Wise account via a web browser and open the Cards section.
E-wallets
Only full screenshots are accepted. For E-wallet payment method verification, edited or cropped ones are not accepted.
Skrill
To verify your Skrill account, a screenshot is required containing the following information:
- Full name (name, last name).
Neteller
To verify your Neteller account, a screenshot is required containing the following information:
- Full name (name, last name).
- Email.
Jeton
To verify your Jeton account, a screenshot is required containing the following information:
- Full name (name, last name).
- Jeton account number.
Mifinity
To verify your Mifinity account, a screenshot is required containing the following information:
- Full name (name, last name).
- Email.
For the Mobile version, two screenshots must be uploaded.
Bank transfer
The Bank statement documents must not be older than three months. The following documents can be accepted for Bank Transfer verification:
- A bank-issued document as a statement.
- Confirmation of the account holder or a cardholder.
- A single transaction slip.
The document must contain the following details:
- IBAN or Account number.
- Full name (name, last name).
- Issue date or Bank statement period.
Revolut Bank Deposits
To verify Revolut Bank Deposits, there are two options:
- Bank statement in PDF format, which should contain:
- IBAN.
- Full name (name, surname).
- Bank statement: Must include the deposit date (or one day before) up to today.
- Transaction confirmation, which should contain:
- IBAN.
- Full name (name, surname).
- Full address.
Interac
To verify Interac, the bank statement is required, containing the following information:
- Account number.
- Full name (name, surname).
- Issue date or Bank statement period.
Voucher
Neosurf
To verify Neosurf, there are two options:
- A screenshot from your account. The following information must be present:
- Full name (name, last name).
- Email.
- A bank statement in PDF format, not older than 3 months, is required if you bought a physical Neosurf voucher, to prove your income.
The bank statement must contain the following information:- IBAN or Account number.
- Full name.
- Issue Date or Bank statement period.
CASHlib
A bank statement issued for a period of 3 months in PDF format is required if you bought a physical Cashlib voucher, to prove your income.
The bank statement must contain the following information:
- IBAN or Account number.
- Full name (name, last name).
- Issue Date or Bank statement period.
Paysafecard
To verify Paysafecard, there are two options:
- A screenshot from your account. The following information must be present:
- Full name (name, last name).
- A bank statement in PDF format, not older than 3 months, is required if you bought a physical Paysafecard voucher, to prove your income.
The bank statement must contain the following information:- IBAN or Account number.
- Full name (name, last name).
- Issue Date or Bank statement period.
Crypto wallet
Unlike traditional payment methods, crypto wallets do not have to be verified.
